1. Who we are

Ellyndee LLC ("we," "us") operates wannatalkshop.com and pay.wannatalkshop.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect

• Sign-up details. Your first name and email address when you request the free guide, plus which waitlists you choose (CAS, AI Strategy or the webinar).
• Purchase details. When you buy the Template Pack: your name, email and billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email, such as a Readiness Call request or an Onsite Fix quote request.
• Email activity. Our email platform, Kit, records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we know what's useful.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs things like IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

3. How we use it

• To deliver the guide and anything you buy
• To send you emails you signed up for, including updates on guides you joined the waitlist for
• To answer your questions and call requests
• To keep records for accounting and tax purposes
• To keep the site secure and working

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this business for us, and only as much as they need:

• Kit for our email list, sign-up forms and checkout pages
• Stripe for payment processing
• Netlify for website hosting
• Google Fonts, which loads the site's typefaces and receives your IP address when it does

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

5. Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Kit's and Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies needed to process your purchase and prevent fraud.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email details while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we'll remove it, except for purchase records we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.

7. Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information by emailing nicole@ellyndee.com. We honor these requests no matter which state you live in, and respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

This site is for business professionals. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. For any significant change, we'll also let subscribers know by email.
